The gathering was divided into two season;
Part 1: Family meeting
Part 2: fresher’s orientation
On the fresher’s orientation the acting HOD, Dr. Umoren welcome the fresher’s to the department and inform them about the various rules and regulation of the department. Warning them especially against exams malpractice.
Other remarks and advice were given by;
The examination officer, NACOSS Staff Adviser, SIWES Coordinator, Academic Advisers, and the NACOSS president.
The
orientation came to an end with the response by the students and finally
closing prayer.
